Founded in 1996 by David, our company is a family-owned custom home builder rooted in generations of craftsmanship and a lifelong dedication to construction.

David’s upbringing was in the construction industry, where he developed a deep respect for the craft and the value of quality workmanship from an early age. Over the years, he gained experience working on a wide range of projects across different parts of the country, building the knowledge and skills that would eventually lead him to start his own company.

When he founded  Summit Homes NW in 1996, David set out with a clear vision: to build high-quality homes with honesty, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to craftsmanship.

Today, that tradition continues. David has had the privilege of passing down his knowledge and passion for building to his own sons, who now help carry on the family legacy. Together, they remain dedicated to creating custom homes built with care, integrity, and pride in every detail.
